About Me – TOKUNBO

Tokunbo is a scholar of mass communications and he is a graduate of Law from the University of Benin where he obtained an LL.B before being called to the Bar.  He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the International Bar Association.  He is also an Alumnus of post-graduate Executive Education at the prestigious Harvard University and Wharton – University of Pennsylvania

Prior to envisioning Wall & Ace LP, Tokunbo has garnered vast experience, exposure, and expertise handling high-profile assignments across different sectors and industries, locally and globally both at Paul Usoro (SAN) & Co where he spent several practice years and at Aluko & Oyebode, Lagos Nigeria: one of Nigeria’s leading law firms.

He was a team member that drafted the Nigerian Communications Law and the Enforcement Regulation. He was also a member of the Presidential Information, Communication, and Technology (ICT) Strategic Action Plan Committee for the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA)

He has handled the documentation, regularisation, and perfection of land transactions and mortgages across Nigeria on behalf of several Commercial Banks, Telecommunication Companies, and Oil and Gas companies. He has vast experience in the documentation and perfection of titles for numerous properties across Nigeria. He was also Head Legal Advisor on the team that drafted the amendment to the Maritime Co-ordinating Board Act.

He brings on board the Wall & Ace LP team extensive experience advising clients on legal regulatory and contractual issues relating to telecommunications, aviation, and real estate transactions. He is an intelligent, well-spoken, and confident advocate with unique leadership skills.
