A versatile and intelligent legal practitioner, Tokunbo is a Partner at Wall & Ace LP where he anchors the Vision, Mission, and Values of the firm. He is a thorough breed lawyer with extensive experience crossing all borders of legal practice.

Prior to envisioning Wall & Ace LP, Tokunbo has garnered vast experience, exposure, and expertise handling high-profile assignments across different sectors and industries, locally and globally both at Paul Usoro (SAN) & Co where he spent several practice years and at Aluko & Oyebode, Lagos Nigeria: one of Nigeria's leading law firms.

He was a team member that drafted the Nigerian Communications Law and the Enforcement Regulation. He was also a member of the Presidential Information, Communication, and Technology (ICT) Strategic Action Plan Committee for the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA)

He has handled the documentation, regularisation, and perfection of land transactions and mortgages across Nigeria on behalf of several Commercial Banks, Telecommunication Companies, and Oil and Gas companies. He has vast experience in the documentation and perfection of titles for numerous properties across Nigeria. He was also Head Legal Advisor on the team that drafted the amendment to the Maritime Co-ordinating Board Act

Bonuola Akanke
Oluwakemi is a highly resourceful and dynamic professional with good analytical and excellent research skills. She attended Obafemi Awolowo University where she obtained an LL.B (Hons) graduating in the top percentile of her set before being called to the Bar. Oluwakemi is a studious and highly detailed lawyer with good listening skills and an innate empathy for people.

Her core competence is in research and legal drafting which she brings to bear in other areas of legal practice. Over her years in practice, she has had a qualitative formative experience in diverse aspects of the legal profession such as labor and employment law, family law, insurance, registration of titles, aviation, intellectual property, and commercial transactions.

Her focus is on matrimonial causes/family law, particularly since she has won several custody and maintenance battles. She enjoys brainstorming creative solutions to legal issues and is excellent at the execution of those ideas; she is also a member of the Research Team.

Kemi is especially interested in Alternative Dispute Resolution and resorts to the resolution of disputes through mediation and negotiation rather than litigation even though her advocacy skills in the courtroom are top-notch. She is a certified mediator of the Lagos Multi-door Courthouse, and a member of the Nigerian Bar Association as well as the Nigerian Chartered Institute of Management.

Aderonke is a determined and energetic professional with a bias for research. She enjoys legal drafting and litigation. She attended Obafemi Awolowo University where she obtained an LLB (Hons) before she was called to the Nigerian Bar.Aderonke is interested in Corporate Practice, Labour Law as well as Criminal Law. She is an ardent litigation lawyer with great communication skills. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.

Anthony Omokhafe Kadiri is a Legal Practitioner with rich experience in various fields of legal practice and Law Reporting garnered over a brilliant professional career.A seasoned advocate, he is highly motivated in and out of the court room. He is passionate and self driven and has special interest in commercial (civil and criminal) litigation, Corporate and Commercial Law Practice, Employment and Labour Law, Real Estate and Human Rights, with a bias for Men’s Rights .He is a constant feature in strategic sessions and an erudite researcher; he heads the research team. He is a graduate of Law from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Edo State with a Master’s Degree from the University of Lagos. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, active in the Lagos branch of the Association.

Funmibi is an enthusiastic and committed Legal Practitioner. She is quick to comprehend new ideas and concepts and is resourceful in the execution of tasks. JEREMIAH ADIGWE

Jeremiah is the accountant of the firm, He is responsible for the finances, including budgeting, staff and partners compensation, taxation, treasury and cashflow management. He works closely with all the firm’s departments to ensure invoices and receivables are kept track of and are collected when due. He also supervises the support staff and gives administrative support to the day to day running of the firm. Jeremiah has over 7 years of experience in and out of the firm. Education HND Accounting

Abiola Muhammad

Abiola is a self-driven and well-rounded support to the firm. She exhibits excellent communication skills in her role as the front desk officer. She ensures that the front office maintains a clean and welcoming ambiance, welcomes guests with a ready smile, answers questions and addresses complaints from clients, answers all incoming calls to the firm, and projects the image of the firm with diligence and consistency. She also monitors office supplies and places orders when necessary, in collaboration with the administrative officer. Abiola holds over 12 years of work experience in facility management and office coordination.

REMI ELEWURO

Remi supports the firm in the role of facility manager and litigation officer. In his role as a facility manager, he coordinates and ensures security and safety of the firm’s building, regular maintenance reviews and keeping the office appliances in good working condition falls under his purview. He also doubles as the litigation officer, a role in which he thrives. He ensures filing and service of court processes as well as office correspondence, he also liaises with court officers and gives regular update on court dates. Remi is an experienced litigation officer with over 12 years of experience in the field.
